Sky open Anytime+ up to all customers
The dream home entertainment device is one that has live television, on demand movies, the ability to record, on demand tv from all major broadcasters and an easy to use interface.
I now have three out of five from my Sky+HD box thanks to Sky Anytime +
But it is a clunker of an interface and a seemingly random programme selection policy.
Despite all that it does make a big difference having the on demand content, especially movies, on the same box I get my TV from.
In fact it was the addition of anytime to the box that helped me decide against Netflix or LoveFilm.
I still use my PS3 for iPlayer and I use my apple tv for watching YouTube and stuff on my mac though. So I am still a long way away from the one dream device.
