You what?

Every morning I put my iPod on shuffle while I walk to work. I get through about five songs in the time it takes to get from my kids school to my desk.

When it isn’t a school day I still get through about five songs in the time it takes to get from my front door to my desk.

So - as long as I can still be bothered I’m going to post those five songs to this box. I’m going to also ‘try’ and find a version of that song somewhere on the web that I can link to.

Most of the time the links will go straight to the song on Last.fm but occasionally I’ll have a rare or alternative version - my guess is that You Tube will be the source for this BUT if I can’t find it I’ll upload to Muxtape and link to that instead.

Anything else you’d like to see attached to this? Would you like me to include my Last.fm playlist? Should I keep one page and update that or would an archive be useful?

Am I really just doing this for myself? I’m toying with creating a social media site that lets you put in your five tracks of the day with a tag or two alongside your Twitter username and your current mood.

It would then compare and contrast different users, the mood they were in when the songs were played and how accurate the iPod is at getting your mood right.

I’ve long held a theory that my iPod can read my mind.
