Anti-Social Creature

I’ve signed up for every social network that pops up and continue to sign up for every social network as they launch.

What tends to happen is that I’ll sign up for something when it first launches, forget about it and then struggle to remember my password when that site becomes popular and I need to login.

In fact, a number of sites I’ve had to sign up with upyouregoblog instead of just upyourego as I REALLY couldn’t remember my password and couldn’t remember the password for the e-mail account I used to sign up.

But, despite all this social networking love and desire to be everywhere - I’m still as anti-social as they come.

I might SIGN UP for them but I rarely ever actually use them. I set up profiles, create accounts, upload photos and include links - but other than my blog and flickr - I rarely actually use them.

And I think I know what the problem is - I don’t really like people very much. Don’t get me wrong, I’m OK with people and can hold a conversation if I’m put in that situation - it’s just that I don’t really like doing it.

I would much rather stand in the corner listening to my iPod than hold a conversation.
