Audio or Video

I’ve been toying with launching a podcast for a while and have a couple of ideas - some are scripted fiction, some are me reading from out of copyright fiction and others are ‘current’ chats.

I’ve tried the podcast thing before with one about geek culture, another about social networking and another about Jaffa Cakes - all were fun to make but I got bored quickly - other people did the social networking and geek thing much better and there isn’t really that much to say about Jaffa Cakes.

But now I’ve got a couple of new ideas I’m thinking of working on but two of them could work as both audio and video podcasts - which should I do?

The first two I’m going to make are called ‘Shakey Bites’ and ‘The Paradox’. If you can guess what they’re about then I’ll e-mail you a gold star.

Which do you prefer - audio or video? Personally, as I don’t have much time to sit at my computer and watch (already too many things going on) I tend to prefer audio podcasts as I can listen to them while walking to work.
